Rent and Conditions
Object: 1st floor Haarlemmer Houttuinen 21 (125m2)
Rent: 26.500,- ex VAT per year.
Available: from the 1st of August 2015. For 5 years and 5 optional years.
Indexation: Annually, based upon the Dutch consumers’ price index figures (2006 = 100).
Bank Guarantee: A bank guarantee for the amount of three months’ rent including service costs plus VAT has to be provided.
Service costs: An advance payment of €135 per month, to be increased with VAT will be charged for the use of gas, water and electricity.
Contract: Based upon the standard contract as set by the ROZ, 2003 and the general conditions.
VAT: In establishing the rent price, it is assumed that tenant will perform activities in the rented space that are liable to VAT to a minimum percentage as stated by law and will do so in future, therefore allowing to opt for VAT-liable lease.
